What we process

Markdown content is processed on our servers only to generate previews and PDFs. We do not retain converted documents after the export request completes.

What we do not do

We do not read your content for model training, sell document content, or store full document bodies for analytics.

Payments

Payments and tax handling are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We store only the identifiers needed to grant access and manage subscriptions.

Analytics

We collect lightweight usage metrics such as export counts, selected templates, and timestamps so we can enforce limits and improve the product.

Data retention and deletion

Converted documents are held in memory only long enough to deliver the PDF. We do not retain uploaded content, generated PDFs, or document metadata after the export completes. Account data (email, plan, usage counts) is retained for the life of the account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email listed below. We respond within 30 calendar days. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or California, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Sub-processors

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the service: Lemon Squeezy, Inc. (payment processing, subscription management, tax handling); Vercel Inc. (application hosting and edge functions); Supabase Inc. (authentication and database); and Google Cloud Platform (PDF generation infrastructure via Cloud Run). Each sub-processor is contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.
